A Fall Issue Celebration at Applecroft
On Friday, September 18, edible MAINE and Applecroft will celebrate the arrival of the new fall issue at Applecroft in Waldoboro. The reception runs from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
The ticket face value is $15 per person.
Chef Maria and Applecroft's culinary team are preparing a surprise menu of seasonal hors d'oeuvres and other small-format creations. One part of the menu is already confirmed: Chef Maria's house-made sourdough focaccia! With drinks from Bow Street Beverage, Baxter Brewing, and surprise wine, this is sure to be a fun evening indeed!
Applecroft is a working farm and gathering place in Waldoboro. Its cooks work with the season, ingredients from the farm and nearby producers, and live fire.
Guests will have room to move around, talk, meet members of the Applecroft and edible MAINE teams, and spend time with readers, contributors, cooks, makers, farmers, advertisers, and friends from across Maine. Every guest will receive a copy of the new fall issue.
