Legal Update CPD

Emma Evans is delivering a relevant, current, up to date CPD session on health and safety legislation with a knowledge test thrown in. This event can count towards your CPD recording requirements (check with your provider first if you are unsure).

Emma is an experienced Regulatory Lawyer, who specialises in Health and Safety (H&S).

She has over 14-years’ experience of advising in criminal H&S law, and regularly acts for clients (from SMEs through to large corporates and PLCs) across a range of sectors and high-hazard industries. These include: construction, real estate, housing, manufacturing, and rail, amongst others.

Emma is dual-qualified as a lawyer, and holds her ‘NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety’. This makes her adept at providing clients not only legal advice and support, but pragmatic, practical and commercial solutions in how to achieve, maintain and enhance compliance. She is genuinely passionate about H&S law, in particular leadership, building safety, mental health and wellbeing, psychological safety and ESG.
