LIVING LA VITA LADIES - VIVA LAS GALENTINES

Come alone.  Or as a pair.  Leave as a tribe.

Give us two and a half hours on the Saturday before Valentine's and you'll leave with tacos in you, something ridiculous from a piñata, and the number of a new friend you hadn't met at 11 o'clock.

You arrive with your person, or entirely on your own. You leave with more of both.

EVENT DESCRIPTION

February 14 belongs to whoever it belongs to. February 13 belongs to us.

Viva Las Galentines is two rooms and two and a half hours of hot pink, cherry red and coral — a taco and quesadilla bar, a signature drink called The Amiga, and a dessert room named Dulces & Besos, which is exactly as excessive as it sounds.

You'll play Find Your Galentine, which is bingo disguised as an excuse to talk to the woman across the room. One signature per square, twice at most — no finishing your card with the friend you came with. You'll take a side on Pick-a-Side. You'll leave a note on the Love Note Wall for a stranger who needed it, and take one somebody left for you.

And then there's the piñata. A giant heart, pull strings, and five Golden Corazónes hidden inside — one of them a free LLVL event.

Come with your person. Come by yourself and leave with several.

THE DAY

Doors at eleven, with tacos and drinks ready at eleven thirty nd bingo already running. At twelve thirty the dessert room opens in the Amigas Lounge. At one we all gather for the piñata, then prizes, then one last pass at the Love Note Wall. We toast and take the group photo at one twenty-five.

GOOD TO KNOW

Dress is pink, red, festive, fabulous. This event is alcohol-free by design — The Amiga does not need help. Bring nothing but a friend, and you don't even need that one. Tell us about dietary needs when you register; there's a vegetarian option at the taco bar and corn tortillas for gluten-free guests.
