Participants will:
• Understand common triggers and contributors to mom rage
• Recognize early warning signs of emotional overload
• Learn practical tools for regulating intense emotions
• Explore unmet needs, boundaries, and sources of resentment
• Respond to difficult moments with greater self-compassion and intention
Format:
We will gather in a small group to learn, share, and process together. This event is intentionally kept small to give participants time to share their experience and to create an intimate and safe space.
