Join us at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Los Angeles Downtown for an all-you-can-eat experience featuring a diverse selection of Japanese favorites, including nigiri, sushi rolls, and a variety of delicious Japanese dishes. You’ll also have the opportunity to taste premium sake, shochu, Japanese beer, and other traditional Japanese beverages.

The sushi served at the event will be freshly prepared by skilled sushi chefs from Sushi Gen and Katsu-ya Group, two renowned names in the Los Angeles sushi scene. Immerse yourself in the flavors and traditions of Japan with cultural performances and interactive activities throughout the event.

The Shochu Rising Fair will also return this year, giving guests the opportunity to explore and taste a variety of authentic Japanese shochu alongside sake, Japanese food, and other beverages.
