What do you do next?

For this special Halloween edition of Nerd Nite Colorado Springs, we’re teaming up with the hosts of Slasher & the Final Girls podcast for an interactive night exploring what it might actually take to survive a horror movie.

Throughout the evening, you’ll be dropped into classic horror-movie scenarios and asked to decide what you would do. Then our presenters will bring in their own areas of expertise to help us figure out which choices might save you, and which ones are probably getting you killed before the sequel.

Our lineup includes members of the Slasher and the Final Girls podcast team, a crime scene investigator, a latent finger print examiner, and a former psychology teacher, bringing perspectives from forensic investigation, human behavior, horror storytelling, and the wonderfully questionable decisions people make when things get scary.

Come test your instincts, argue with your friends, learn some science and psychology, and find out whether you’d actually make it to the final scene.
