25 Years Later: A Discussion with Black & Women First Responders

The United Women Firefighters, the Vulcan Society, and the FDNY Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion collaborate to present “25 Years Later: A Discussion with Black and Women First Responders”. We will dive into the stories of 9/11, from response to recovery, in a panel conversation featuring a few of FDNY’s heroes: Firefighters, Fire Marshals, Emergency Medical Technicians, and Fire Alarm Dispatchers. By sharing stories that you may not have heard before, this panel will offer a different perspective on the tragic events that continue to sit with us. Join us as we remember by engaging with untold stories of 9/11.

ADMISSION to this Event is FREE. An RSVP is REQUIRED for all to attend.

Attendees are welcome to tour the museum at their leisure before or after the event. The panel will begin promptly at 11:00 AM and will be followed by a delicious lunch at the Mayor’s Office of Labor Relations, located at 22 Cortlandt Street, 15th Floor, Conference Room A (just 1 block away).
