Carved Sausage Bar featuring three handmade sausages:

• Jalapeño Cheddar Bratwurst — German-style beef sausage with a South Texas flare
• Klobása — Rustic Czech-style, garlic-forward smoked sausage
• Hähnchenwurst — Smoked chicken and pork sausage made in the tradition of Brathendl

From the Buffet

• Kartoffelsalat — Traditional German-style potato salad
• Homemade Sauerkraut
• Käsespätzle — Traditional egg noodles with a rich, cheesy finish—German-style mac & cheese
• Karottengemüse — Sliced carrots braised with butter, honey, and vegetable broth
• House Salad with traditional dressing
• Warm Pretzels with Obatzda-style beer cheese sauce

Something Sweet

• Apfelküchle — German-style apple beignets topped with a local apple coulis

And, of course, we’ll have cold beer for the grown-ups and A&W Root Beer for the kids!
