Trash People exists to facilitate community connection and contribution in Chicago.
Trash People of Pilsen - the clean-up group that reads together, sticks together.
We'll meet in front of Open Books in Pilsen (905 W 19th St) at 12pm, clean up for about an hour, then have a mini social while browsing the bookshop after the clean-up!
All kids books at Open Books are free and all other books are pay-what-you-can; y'all are welcome to bring any books you'd like to donate to support their efforts!
All equipment will be provided. Please note due to demand, registration is required by all participants.
