No prior experience needed for this course, but you must have already completed WOOD150: Intro to CNC (Setup & Software).

Please wear comfortable well-fitted clothing, close-toed shoes, and put your hair up.

Will I be able to use Clear Creek Makerspace's Avid CNC after taking the class?

This class, in conjunction with WOOD150: Intro to CNC (Setup & Software), will give you all the skills needed to use the machine. However, you must schedule time with a shop captain to demonstrate proficiency to pass the practical test before having full access to the Avid CNC.
