Come join me in a unique blend of tweaking & beginner-friendly yoga, trap music, good energy, and plenty of fun!
We’ll kick things off by learning a fun, beginner-friendly twerk routine to get the energy flowing and the confidence up. Then, we’ll smoothly transition into the Trap Yoga experience where you’ll stretch, breathe, release stress, and reconnect with yourself through yoga, mindfulness, and guided meditation.
No twerk nor yoga experience is required—just bring your energy, and be ready to celebrate!
