• 9.45 to 10.15 Arrive and settle in. Buy yourself a coffee if you'd like one.
• 10.15 Icebreakers, so you meet most faces straight away. Arrive on time or you'll miss the best bit.
• Then it's mingling, with light prompts on hand whenever you want them.
• 11.00 A second icebreaker to mix the group up, unless everyone's already vibing.
• 12.00 We wrap up. Stay on and keep chatting to anyone you clicked with.
• Any food or drinks are between you and the venue.
