Doors / Arrival: In-person participants should arrive by 12:15 PM to check in and get settled before class begins at 12:30 PM.

Do I need Pilates experience?

No. The class is designed to be accessible for beginners while still giving experienced participants a meaningful workout.

I don’t live in Raleigh, NC. Can I still participate?

Yes. Select the virtual ticket and join the class live from anywhere!
