We’re taking Mocha Mic with Millie to the rooftop! Join us for an evening of poetry, music, food, and genuine connection at @ascentjc. We are honored to partner with Ascent, who is sponsoring this FREE community experience and helping us create space for art, culture, and connection in Jersey City.

We’re excited to welcome three incredible featured artists:
✨ 36 Chambers of Poetry (@36chambersofpoetry) is a Philadelphia spoken word artist, writing since the 4th grade, a member of No Philter, and a performer whose poetry has traveled as far as Trinidad & Tobago.
✨ Haze (@haze_from_statefarm) is a Queens-raised, Brooklyn-based singer/songwriter blending R&B, Neo Soul, and jazz while exploring voice, healing, and spirituality.
✨ Velvet (@singformevelvet) is a Jersey City singer, songwriter, and storyteller whose soulful performances are rooted in connection, nostalgia, emotion, and shared experience.
