The Five Faces: a morning Salon

The Five Faces: a morning Salon

Overview

Five feminine energies live in all of us. Most of us live from one or two. A morning to find the rest. Tacos and mimosas included.

THE FIVE FACES: A MORNING SALON
It's Better Than Brunch!

"I initially saw Sovereign and thought, ok, that's my girl. But I realized that's who I force myself to be all day at work and often at home, when really I want time for the other faces."
— Kay, Salon Attendee

ABOUT THIS SALON

There are five feminine energies alive in all of us: the one who tends, the one who decides, the one who creates and desires, the one who burns it down, and the one who knows. Most of us live from one or two. The others were trained out of us — or were never safe to show.

They don't disappear. You feel them as tiredness. Restlessness. The sense that there's more in you than your life is currently asking for.

This is a morning to find out which of your Faces are running your life right now, which ones have gone missing, and what it becomes possible to feel when you have access to all five.

"I was opened to my current identification as the Destroyer. It shifted my perspective on my rebelliousness in such a gentle and powerful way."
— Sonia, Salon Attendee

*This event it open to anyone who identifies with feminine energy.

THE MORNING INCLUDES

An introduction to The Five Faces — a framework for understanding which parts of yourself you're living from, which ones have gone dark, and what season you're actually in.

Facilitated conversation that goes deeper than you expect. Marguerite spent a decade advising and assessing senior leaders before building this work, and she knows how to hold space.

Real one-to-one connection — not networking, not small talk. You'll talk with someone you didn't come with, and it may be the best conversation you've had all week.

Mask-making that puts the framework in your hands — and something to take home that reminds you what you found.

Breakfast tacos from Mama Taco, fruit, something sweet, a tea bar, and mimosas.

Two and a half hours. Twelve spots. Everything included.

COME ALONE OR BRING SOMEONE. BOTH WORK.

Half the value is the person you haven't met yet.

A salon is a gathering built for conversation that goes somewhere. Women invented the form during the Enlightenment. They couldn't hold office, publish, or attend university, so they built the spaces where the ideas got made — and decided who was invited. We're keeping the good parts and adding tacos.

YOUR HOST

My Grandmother's Name helps women reclaim the parts of themselves that were trained out, quieted, or never made safe to show — through the Five Faces, salons, and Dance Rite gatherings. Marguerite (named after her grandmother) will be your guide for the morning.
