Welcome the Autumn Equinox with a reflective sound bath. Now is the time to bring in the harvest from summer efforts, reflect on the changing of season and make space for rest, remembrance & gratitude. The sound bath will include gongs, crystal bowls, xylophones, harps, chimes and rustling leaves. We provide everything you need: a safe container filled with yoga mats, blankets and bolsters. Bring yourself, a companion and a meditative mood.
