Join us for the Community Health Fair, a free community event designed to connect individuals and families with health information, screenings, wellness education, local resources, and activities that support healthier living.

This event is FREE and open to the community. Bring your family, invite a friend, and spend the day learning, moving, connecting, and taking steps toward better health.

Free Health & Wellness Services

Attendees will have access to services and resources including:

• Blood pressure screenings
• Blood sugar screenings
• Nutrition and healthy living education
• Community resources and information
• Health and wellness education
• Additional community services and resources

Fun Activities

We’ll also have activities throughout the event, including:

• Line dancing
• Ballroom dancing
• Hand dancing
• Exercise
• Yoga
• And more!

Whether you are interested in checking in on your health, learning something new, finding local resources, or simply enjoying a fun day with your community, there will be something for everyone.

Community Legal Information

A volunteer attorney will also be available to provide general legal information regarding birth-related rights and eligibility for criminal-record expungement.
