Is this event actually free?

Yes, absolutely! We believe this training should be accessible to the community. The class is free to attend, but it is tip-based. If you find value in the session, you are welcome to tip our head trainer via cash or electronic payment after class.

What should I wear and bring?

Accepted Answer

Wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows you to move freely (like leggings or sweatpants) and closed-toe athletic shoes. Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

Can I bring a friend or family member?

Accepted Answer

We highly encourage it! However, because we strictly cap the class at 12 participants to ensure hands-on, personalized instruction, your friend must register for their own separate ticket on Eventbrite in advance

Can I skip Level 1 and go straight to Level 2 or 3?

Accepted Answer

No. To ensure everyone's safety and proper skill progression, Level 1 is a strict prerequisite for Level 2, and both are required before taking Level 3

Where is this event located?

We are hosting this at Mil-Spec Training here in Orlando. When you arrive at the address provided on your ticket, head to the right side of the warehouse building and look for Suite 2.
