Origins Series: Caymus Wine Dinner

Join us for an unforgettable evening of exceptional wines and elevated cuisine as part of our Origins Series. On September 18th, Chef Angie brings together a thoughtfully curated four-course dinner, paired with a selection of celebrated wines from the Caymus family of vineyards.

From bright Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc and delicate Hamachi Crudo to rich Napa Cabernet and a decadent chocolate finale, each course is designed to showcase the harmony between wine, seasonal ingredients, and thoughtful preparation.
