In-Person Class: Handmade Dumplings (Seattle)

Welcome to the world of Dumplings!

In this hands-on and interactive class, you'll delve into the art of crafting delectable dumplings with different fold techniques and different ways to cook them.

First you'll learn the secret to making perfect dumpling dough. Then two different fillings will be made during class: pork and/or Veggie. There will be an opportunity to try your hands at some knife skills to assist in the filling preparation process. The culinary adventure continues as you master the fundamentals of dumpling folding with dumpling wrapping papers, exploring various fold types. Elevate your cooking expertise with insider tips on multiple cooking methods, ensuring your dumplings are nothing short of perfection.

No experience necessary!
Our classes are designed to be casual, approachable, and fun for everyone—whether you’re a seasoned cook or a total beginner. With your workstation fully prepped, all you need to do is show up ready to cook, learn, and enjoy.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.
You will be seated with your booking party, and may work with other students in groups of 2–4 by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside beverages are not permitted. Classes are intended for 18+.

Guest requirement

Our classes are designed to be interactive and collaborative. Guests may work with others outside of their booking party, sharing ingredients and equipment throughout the experience.

Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Please note that outside beverages are not permitted. Classes are intended for guests ages 18 and older.

Parking is available in the surface lot upon arrival, subject to availability. If the lot is full, guests may use the parking garage free of charge. Simply ring the gate upon entry and inform the Front Desk that you are attending a CocuSocial event, and the hotel team will grant access.
