Yes. One of the most common reactions we hear is, “Wow, I didn’t realize gin or whiskey could be this good.” Cocktails balance spirits with sweetness and freshness, making them approachable, even if you don’t normally drink gin or whiskey.

What is the structure of the class from start to finish?

When you arrive, we’ll guide you to your workstation. You’ll begin with an introduction and tasting, then make three cocktails step by step. Nuts and olives are included, and you’re welcome to stay and enjoy the tasting room afterward.

How many cocktails will we make and drink?

You’ll make three full cocktails. In addition, you’ll taste the spirits used in those drinks throughout the class.

Do we make our own drinks, or is it mostly demonstration?

You’ll absolutely be making your own drinks. Our instructors demonstrate each cocktail first and then guide you step by step as you make it yourself.

How long is the class?

The class typically runs about 1 hour and 20 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes. Afterward, you’re welcome to stay, order food or drinks, and enjoy the views.

Yes. We offer non-alcoholic options for guests who prefer not to drink. We use non-alcoholic spirit alternatives and provide comparable mocktail versions so you can fully participate.

Each ticket includes three full-sized cocktails, guided tastings, hands-on instruction, all tools and ingredients, and complimentary snacks like nuts and olives. You’re also welcome to stay and enjoy the tasting room after the class.

We’re very flexible with rescheduling and can move your booking to a future date at no additional cost. Cancellations made 14+ days ahead receive a full refund; 6–13 days, 50%; within 5 days, non-refundable.
