In his annual session with us, Peter Coffee will bring the viewpoint of his Foundation for Intelligent Life on Earth to a hype-busting assessment of the current and imminent state of play in an AI-obsessed global community of policy, commerce, and competition.

PETER COFFEE | President | FOUNDATION FOR INTELLIGENT LIFE ON EARTH

Peter Coffee is President and Co-Founder of the Foundation for Intelligent Life on Earth (FfILoE), a nonprofit sponsor and collaborator in climate change mitigation, conservation, STEAM education and exploration initiatives that is based near Seattle, Washington. His prior work at Salesforce, Ziff-Davis Publishing, The Aerospace Corporation, and Exxon Corporation represents nearly fifty years of global engagement with enterprise, industry, government, and public benefit partners in AI development, information governance, innovation practices, strategic planning, and construction management.

Peter holds an engineering degree from MIT and an MBA from Pepperdine University; he has been a faculty member at Pepperdine, UCLA, and Chapman College, and has also lectured on innovation strategies and AI techniques at Stanford, CalTech, Harvard Business School, and the Sloan School of Management at MIT along with other institutions in Singapore, India and Spain. He is the author of How to Program Java, Peter Coffee Teaches PCs, and Value and Risk in the Fourth Informational Revolution. He is a member of the team of experts represented by The Conference Board Speaker Bureau, and he publishes weekly notes on topics of interest at tinyurl.com/ffiloe.
