Enter a six-hour immersive journey through creative expression, emotional alchemy, and embodied empowerment.

At the threshold between seasons, we gather to explore water—the element of emotion, intuition, renewal, and flow. Just as water moves, reflects, softens, and transforms, we will explore the inner currents shaping our own lives.

Through intention, painting, reflection, and a guided glass walk, The Waters Within invites you to release what has become stagnant, reconnect with your creative life force, and cross into the new season with greater clarity and courage.

No painting or glass-walking experience is necessary. Come with curiosity, an open heart, and a willingness to discover what becomes possible when you trust yourself.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE

🌊 CONNECTING WITH THE WATER ELEMENT

We begin by entering the energy of water and setting a personal intention for the journey. Water becomes our guide as we explore emotion, intuition, creativity, and the places within us asking to move, soften, or be renewed.

🎨 THE WATERS WITHIN PAINTING JOURNEY

Guided by transformational artist Marcela Starflower, you will create an intuitive painting inspired by your inner waters.

This is not about artistic skill or producing a perfect image. It is an invitation to let color, movement, and symbolism reveal what words may not be able to express.

Your painting becomes a mirror of your internal landscape—and a visual expression of what you are ready to release, reclaim, or call forward.

✨ INTEGRATION AND REFLECTION

Through guided reflection, awareness, and meditation, you will begin integrating the message of your painting and recognizing the inner shift taking place.

💧CROSSING THE BED OF GLASS

The journey culminates in a guided walk across broken glass, facilitated by two certified Sundoor Firewalk Instructors.

The glass walk is an embodied encounter with awareness, presence, choice, and trust. You will be invited to meet the edge of what you believe is possible and discover a deeper relationship with your own courage.

Participation in the glass walk is always your choice. The transformation begins the moment you become willing to stand at the threshold.

Here, “impossible” becomes “I’m possible.”

🌟 CELEBRATION

We close the journey together, honoring what has been revealed, released, and reclaimed—and welcoming the approaching Fall Equinox with renewed intention.

THE SEASONAL THRESHOLD

The Fall Equinox arrives on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, inviting us into a season of balance, harvest, reflection, and change.

The Waters Within is an opportunity to pause before that threshold and ask:

What am I ready to release?
What wisdom am I harvesting?
What wants to move through me now?
Who am I becoming as I enter this new season?

WHAT TO BRING

• A journal and pen
• A refillable water bottle
• Shoes that are easy to remove before the glass walk
• An open heart and a willingness to explore

GOOD TO KNOW

• Wear comfortable clothing you do not mind getting paint on.
• Please plan to participate in the complete six-hour experience.
• No painting or glass-walking experience is required.
• All painting materials will be provided.
• Participation in the glass walk is always voluntary.
• Additional safety instructions will be provided by the certified instructors.
