Mahjong at Montauk Lake Club 8/24

Join us for a relaxing morning of mahjong on the shores of beautiful Lake Montauk at the Montauk Lake Club.

Whether you're a Montauk Lake Club member or visiting for the day, everyone is welcome! Enjoy two hours of hosted American Mahjong in a beautiful waterfront setting.

We'll provide everything you need to play, including mahjong tables, tiles, racks, and mats.

A selection of light bites and beverages will be available for purchase during the event.

Your ticket includes:

• Two hours of hosted American Mahjong open play (11:30 AM–1:30 PM)
• Mahjong tables, tiles, racks, and mats provided
• Friendly hosts available if you need an occasional reminder or guidance
• A fun, welcoming, and social atmosphere

A few things to know:

• 🌊 Open to both Montauk Lake Club members and non-members.
• 🀄 NMJL rules will be used. Please bring your current NMJL card. A limited number of cards will be available to borrow.
• This event is designed for players who know the basics of American Mahjong. If you've taken lessons and are ready to build confidence through play, we'd love to have you join us.
• Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for check in and to receive your table assignment. Play begins promptly at 11:30 AM.
• Mahjong is played at tables of four. If you're registering with friends, please let us know your preferred tablemates when you register. We'll do our best to accommodate seating requests while balancing player experience and table availability.
