Overview
Join Pierce County business and community leaders for a conversation about the realities facing ALICE workers and how we can work together
The purpose of the roundtable is twofold:
- Increase awareness of who ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) families are in Pierce County and what the latest data tells us about the realities facing our workforce. Here is the link to the report 2026 ALICE Report
- Engage business leaders in a conversation about solutions—identifying opportunities where employers, nonprofits, education, and local government can work together to strengthen our workforce and create pathways to greater economic stability.
