Across the Divide: Building a Relationship with An Incarcerated Parent
An evening of film and creative expression, honoring the heroic persistence of children who overcome barriers to build relationships.
Please join the Osborne Association and the SUSU Youth Team for our annual See Us, Support Us (SUSU) event!
The evening will feature short films about or by children of incarcerated parents, spoken word by young people, and a reading from "The Hill" by author Harriet Clark. Come out to be inspired, network, and learn about actions you can take to SEE and SUPPORT children of incarcerated parents.
Join us at 6pm for light refreshments and networking. Program begins at 6:30 PM.
See Us, Support Us (SUSU) is a national initiative to build community among and uphold the rights of children affected by parental incarceration. This October during SUSU month we focus on ensuring children have access to their incarcerated parents.
