Men's Gathering — Alentejo Mornings · Milfontes

A morning on the land in the Alentejo countryside, 09:00–13:00, at the MindAndGap Center in Vila Nova de Milfontes. Led by a psychologist. We arrive through breath and settle into the land, the body and the group. From there the morning follows the group: where each man feels he belongs; the wound and the gift in what hurt you most; the male line behind you and what it passes down; a silent walk, being alone without being lonely; what the body knows that the mind resists; the threshold between what you leave and what you step into; the landscape as a mirror, and the masculine archetypes you find in the terrain. Breathwork, somatic work, movement and vision-quest-style practice carry the conversation. We close with a return and a communal lunch. Bring comfortable outdoor clothes, water and a notebook; the land provides the rest. €40; €25 for members.

Uma manhã no campo alentejano, das 9h às 13h, no MindAndGap Center, em Vila Nova de Milfontes. Facilitada por um psicólogo. Chegamos pela respiração e assentamos na terra, no corpo e no grupo. Daí, a manhã segue o grupo: onde sentes que pertences; a ferida e a dádiva no que mais te magoou; a linha masculina atrás de ti e o que ela transmite; um passeio em silêncio, estar sozinho sem solidão; o que o corpo sabe e a cabeça resiste; o limiar entre o que deixas e o que pisas; a paisagem como espelho e os arquétipos masculinos que encontras no terreno. Respiração, trabalho somático, movimento e práticas inspiradas na busca de visão sustentam a conversa. Fechamos com o regresso e um almoço em comunidade. Leva roupa confortável para o exterior, água e um caderno; a terra trata do resto. 40 €; 25 € para membros.
