Aloka — Ground Lab is the weekly reset ritual at the heart of Aloka's practice — a recurring container where sound, breath, and plant meet to settle the nervous system and return you to yourself.

At Aloka, sound baths are a journey of self-discovery, offering a variety of styles and philosophies to suit diverse preferences. From immersive crystal bowl sessions to other modern sound modalities, each experience is thoughtfully crafted to resonate.

This is a journey with the intention of settling the nervous system and bringing you back to yourself. A "Very Portland," event that not only gets you out of your comfort zone, but it can also have very profound effects on your body and spirit. This is something you may come back to as a piece of your wellness regime, or it may become your weekly time to have for yourself, a return to self, a reminder with rhythm. It's a pretty big deal if you let it.Bowls, breath, stillness. Leave lighter than when you arrived.
