Most modern Full Moon circles teach you what to do together.This one is built around what happens after you go home.Because in the traditions we’ll be exploring, the Full Moon is not simply an excuse to gather, manifest, release and exchange energy with a room full of people. There is also a deeply personal, inward side to lunar practice — preparation, purification, contemplation, ritual and time spent alone.And this month gives us an especially powerful reason to explore it.The August Full Moon arrives alongside Chandra Grahan — a lunar eclipse.So we are gathering intentionally on Thursday evening before the eclipse unfolds, giving everyone time to understand what is happening, learn how to prepare, and then return home with an actual practice to follow.This will be part sacred circle, part teaching, part ritual workshop.Through the lens of Sanatan Dharma, Hindu traditions, Ayurveda and Eastern contemplative practice, we’ll explore what Purnima represents, what changes when a Full Moon coincides with a Grahan, and how these traditions approached lunar practice long before the modern Western idea of a “Full Moon manifestation circle.”We’ll get practical.How do you prepare yourself?How do you prepare your space?What role can sacred water, silver, stones, mantra, sound and sacred thread play?What is traditionally done before, during and after a lunar eclipse?What practices are encouraged — and what practices are avoided?Why might a Full Moon ritual be something you eventually perform alone rather than through a communal exchange of energy?We’ll also explore the Divine Feminine — not as something limited by gender, but as the receptive, intuitive, nourishing and inward dimension that exists within all of us.There will be sound healing, ritual demonstrations and time to ask questions so that you are not simply leaving with beautiful ideas — you are leaving knowing what you can actually do.Every guest will also receive a small Full Moon Ritual Satchel containing thoughtfully chosen items that can be incorporated into your own personal Full Moon practice at home.We’ll demonstrate both simple ritual tools and some of the larger traditional tools we work with, including sound bowls and real silver vessels, while explaining how they may be incorporated into practice.The purpose is not to perform the Full Moon for you.It is to help you understand it well enough to create a more intentional relationship with it yourself.Thursday, August 277:00–8:15 PM$35 per personRitual satchel includedSpace will be intentionally limited.Reserve your place through the Eventbrite ticket link. 🌕
