Bridge to Shanghai: Business Opportunities with China

Curious about what's next in the China market?

Join us for an engaging in-person forum exploring new opportunities in one of the world's most dynamic markets.

Whether your company is already active in China or is considering entering the market for the first time, this event offers valuable insights into emerging trends, practical business strategies, and the evolving opportunities shaping international trade.

A business delegation from Shanghai, organized by the Shanghai NGO Network for International Exchanges (SHNIE), will present the latest findings from its research on the China International Import Expo (CIIE)—China's premier international trade exhibition. The delegation will discuss emerging market trends, China's changing business environment, and how the priorities outlined in China's forthcoming 15th Five-Year Plan are expected to create new opportunities for international companies.

Distinguished speakers will also include representatives from the Office of International Affairs, the Office of Mayor Karen Bass, and the Port of Los Angeles, who will share perspectives on international commerce, global supply chains, cross-border investment, and the expanding opportunities for U.S.–China business cooperation.

The program will conclude with a networking reception, providing participants with the opportunity to exchange ideas, establish valuable connections, and engage directly with business executives, industry experts, trade professionals, and members of the visiting Shanghai delegation.
