<h3>Mini Spa &amp; Sound Bath: A Sunday Reset 🌺</h3>Aloha beautiful community 🌺I'm so excited to host another special sound bath for you!For many of us, the kids are back in school, routines are starting again, and we've spent so much time taking care of everyone else. I thought it was the perfect moment to create a little space to take care of ourselves, too.So let's turn our evening together into a mini spa + sound bath experience. ✨We'll begin with a simple self-massage practice where I'll share some of my favorite techniques for relaxing the neck, shoulders, and scalp—little movements you can take home and use whenever you're feeling stressed or carrying tension.Bring your favorite facial sheet mask, get cozy, lie back, and allow yourself to receive.I'll then guide you into a 45-minute restorative sound bath surrounded by the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other organic instruments. Together, we'll slow down, breathe deeply, release some of the stress we've been carrying, and create space for rest, grounding, and connection.Afterward, let's stay for about 30 minutes to enjoy some yummy snacks, talk, laugh, and connect with one another. I know Monday morning is waiting for us, so I promise not to keep you too long!
