Systemic Family & Business Constellations

Join Ursula D. for a small-group Systemic Family & Business Constellation workshop in a confidential, respectful and supportive setting.

Systemic Constellations offer an experiential way of exploring the relationships, patterns and dynamics that can influence how we experience our family life, work and relationships. Rather than analysing an issue intellectually, the process invites us to observe what emerges in the room and to consider new perspectives.

During the workshop, two participants will have the opportunity to explore their own constellation. Others can take part as representatives or simply observe. Each role offers a different way of experiencing the work, and you are free to participate at the level that feels right for you.

No prior experience with constellations is needed, and you don't need to know in advance whether you would like to participate as a representative or observer.

Constellations may be relevant to questions such as:

• navigating a life or career transition
• understanding recurring relationship or family patterns
• gaining a different perspective on a situation
• exploring challenges in a team, business or organisation
• finding greater clarity around a decision
• opening up new possibilities for moving forward

The work is embodied and phenomenological: we pay attention to what can be observed and experienced in the present moment, rather than trying to arrive at a predetermined explanation or outcome.

The approach draws on the systemic constellation tradition associated with Bert Hellinger and subsequent developments in systemic and organisational constellation practice. It is an experiential practice rather than a substitute for psychological or medical treatment.

Many participants find that representing in someone else’s constellation can be meaningful in its own right, sometimes offering personal insights simply through the experience of stepping into another perspective.

About Ursula Dauenhauer

Ursula Dauenhauer is a certified Family and Business Constellation Facilitator with more than 20 years of experience. Her systemic practice is informed by a background in business consulting and a lifelong engagement with theatre, bringing together an interest in systems, relationships, embodiment and human experience.
