Join us for a relaxed Sunday morning designed for adults 30+ who want to meet like minded people in a low-pressure welcoming environment!
Are you 30+ and craving a quiet Sunday morning, while still meeting like-minded people? Welcome to Semi-Silent Connections, an event serries hosted by Same Place Events!
Join us on Sunday Sept 6 at 10:30am for a calm and intentional morning designed for people who want genuine connections without the pressure of traditional social events. The experience begins with a warm hello and brief introductions, followed by 30-45 minutes of quiet personal time. Bring whatever you would like to work on independently: a book, journal, sketchpad, laptop, knitting project - anything that helps you feel relaxed and present. After the silent portion, you will have the opportunity to connect through casual guided conversations in a comfortable, low-pressure environment.
After the event, the host will send a group introduction email so attendees who would like to stay connected can easily do so. This email will include attendees’ email addresses. If you prefer not to have your email shared with the group, simply let the host know by 6:00pm on September 6. Participants will also be added to an exclusive mailing list for future curated Same Place Events experiences.
This venue has graciously offered us their space free of charge, so we kindly ask attendees to support the business by purchasing at least one drink and/or food item during the event.
To reserve your spot, please purchase a ticket in advance. Ticket sales help cover event hosting and behind-the-scenes coordination. After registering, you will receive a short optional survey so we can get to know you a little better before the event.
