Join Vibrant Pop & Blossoms in collaboration with Healing Her Confidence for an uplifting afternoon designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and bloom with purpose.

Blooming Her Confidence combines the beauty of floral design with guided mindfulness, breathwork, and self-empowerment. While creating your own vibrant floral arrangement, you’ll learn how intentional creativity can be used as a grounding tool to reduce stress, encourage mindfulness, and create space for YOU.

Come ready to relax, create, connect, and leave feeling refreshed and empowered.

• Arrive to a beautiful space filled with vibrant seasonal flowers.

• Begin with guided breathwork and mindfulness to help you become present, relaxed, and grounded.

• Participate in an uplifting experience centered around confidence, self-care, and intentional living.

• Learn floral care, preparation, and professional arranging techniques from Vibrant Pop & Blossoms.

• Create your own beautiful floral arrangement step-by-step with guidance throughout the process.

• Enjoy music, conversation, connection, and a welcoming atmosphere while you create.

• Discover how floral arranging and other creative practices can become tools for stress relief and mindfulness.

• Leave with your completed floral arrangement to enjoy at home as a reminder to continue blooming with confidence.

Workshop experience is approximately 1.5 - 2 hours.

Your registration includes your fresh seasonal flowers, floral materials, tools, guided floral instruction, mindfulness experience, and refreshments.
