Do I need professional dance experience to audition?

No! Some dance and choreography experience is needed but professional experience is not required.

No! We will teach you our branded way of teaching. You just have to have the mindset to learn.

What dance styles are you looking for?

Hip hop, heels, floor work, lyrical and jazz are all styles that we teach! You don't have to be pro at all but training in 2-3 of these styles is required. Soca, Afro dance and dancehall are bonuses!

What should I prepare for the audition?

Make sure you have 1 eight count to Beyonce “Diva” plus your resume and a listening ear!

What will happen at the audition?

check-in → warmup led by one of our instructors →  teach your choreography → learn other candidate's choreography → instructor info session.

How long will the audition take?

The auditions will take 1.5 hours to get through everyone's teaching slot. Plus 1 hour for the info session.

Part time. We are looking for instructor to teach 2 times per week with opportunity to expand.

We typically have classes during the evenings weekdays and late morning early afternoon during the weekend.

Is instructor training provided?

Yes! If selected, you will complete the Instructor Certification Program. You will be compensated for training once completed if you are officially onboarded.
