We are pleased to welcome Francesco Garripoli of the Qigong Institute BACK to Unity of Boulder for a in person deep dive into Qigong Practice.

This specialized Qigong Seminar will begin with a guided meditation to center and anchor our core spirit energy. We will follow with a variety of Qigong exercises from the ancient Buddhist and Taoist traditions that utilize breathing techniques and gentle movements to boost our immune system, improve activation of Qi life force, strengthen the organ systems--especially respiratory and circulatory function--and deepen Heart resonance.

About Francesco: Francesco Garripoli is an internationally recognized Senior Qigong and Meditation instructor, Yoga practitioner, musician, brainwave researcher, author, Doctor of Divinity, and wellness advocate. Chair Emeritus of the National Qigong Association and Chair of the Qigong Institute, he is featured on award winning Qigong videos practiced by hundreds of thousands around the world.
