Watercolor Meditation
This workshop will incorporate meditation with creativity and you will practice how create art and release expectations and self-judgement.
This workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to learn to release judgements from your harshest critic - yourself.
Calming music will play and the lights will be dimmed to encourage a relaxing artistic journey.
This woekshop starts with a guided meditation to help release expectations and get into a flow of creativity and acceptance.
Once your nervous system is calmed, Toni will gently guide you through the process of making a "no-rules" abstract watercolor painting to practice the skill of accepting things as they are.
This workshop is great for all levels of artisitc ability! No experience is necessary!
All ages are welcome, but children must be with a ticket adult and must be able to stay calm, quiet, well mannered and grounded throughout the entire experience. Disruptions will ruin the calming vibe we're trying to achieve.
