Flow Within is a women's gathering inspired by the rhythms of the new moon—a space to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with yourself. Through ceremony, movement, sound, reflection, and meaningful connection, we honor the wisdom of our bodies, cultivate intention, and remember what matters most. Together, we gather to nourish ourselves, knowing that tending to the tribe begins by tending to the one within.

Location:

Our gatherings are held in Coal Creek Canyon, Golden, Colorado surrounded by the beauty of nature. The exact location will be shared upon registration.

What to Expect:

While every gathering is unique, you can expect a thoughtfully guided experience that may include ceremony, movement, music, meditation, reflection, nature, creative expression, and meaningful community connection. Each offering is shaped by the season, the intention of the gathering, and those who are present.

Following each ceremony, we’ll gather around to share food, conversation and connection with one another — extending the experience of ceremony into community.

What to Bring:

• Water bottle
• Blanket for warmth and comfort
• Layers to stay comfortable as the weather changes
• An item for the altar, if you feel called
• A healthy dish to share for our community meal

For those with greater capacity who feel called to contribute beyond their own experience and help create access for others.

Land & Community Exchange
