Sacred Sounds Drum Circle.

Drum Circles are an opportunity to experience the meditative power of rhythm in a community of equality and harmony. The rhythm and soothing nature of the drum harkens back to the womb when we could hear the heartbeat of our mother. The sound of a drum can be therapeutic and remind us of the Mother Earth and her profound presence in our lives. It is great exercise for the heart and provides support for healing and healthy circulation as you drum.

All instruments are provided, or you can bring your own drum. Refreshments will be served. Non alcoholic, smoke free environment, family friendly for teens. (Future events for young drummers)

Ron & Kim VanSessen are Arthur Hull drum circle certified facilitators. We were trained in the Chicago area by John Yost. His workshops are renowned worldwide. He has hosted thousands an often can be seen at Lalapalooza and other music festivals in the Windy City.
