Grow & Socialize: Men’s Series is back for another night built specifically for men in our community to connect, learn, and get in the room with people they may not otherwise meet.

You do not have to own a business to belong here.

If you work in sales, manage a team, have clients, are building a business, thinking about starting something, want to grow professionally, or simply want to meet more driven men in Fort Wayne, this room is for you.

Come alone or grab a friend. We’ve built the night to make connecting easy.

WHAT TO EXPECT

We'll kick off the evening with open networking, food and drinks, and opportunities to connect with other local businesses and professionals.

Then we'll hear from two Fort Wayne entrepreneurs with very different business journeys:

🎤 NATHAN NEWPORT

Co-Owner, The Fairfield Fort Wayne

Nathan is a husband, dad and local entrepreneur behind The Fairfield, including Urban Golf and Pinhouse Social.

Nathan and his team took on the huge undertaking of breathing new life into a historic Fort Wayne building and turning it into a multi-level destination for entertainment, events, dining and community.

He'll share the real experience behind building businesses, taking risks, creating something new in our city and the lessons learned along the way.

🎤 DAVID STILLSON

Serial Entrepreneur | Totes on Loan | Painting with a Twist

David is a husband, dad and serial entrepreneur who knows what it looks like to build, pivot and keep finding the next opportunity.

His entrepreneurial journey has included an RV rental business, Totes on Loan and, most recently, ownership of Painting with a Twist Fort Wayne.

David will share lessons from his experiences across multiple businesses, and he'll also dive into AI and technology, including how today's tools can actually be used to work smarter and grow.

The whole point of Grow & Socialize is to get people talking.

Expect time before and after the speakers to grab some food, meet someone new, ask questions, exchange numbers and build relationships.
