Question 1

What to bring to a Gong Bath Meditation

Accepted Answer

Bring a yoga mat, foam mattress or even a camping cot or an infinity chair (yes, really!); please bring a blanket to keep you warm, especially if you tend to get cold when you relax; a pillow/bolster, an eye mask (we have extra!). Basically, bring anything you need to be cozy and comfortable.

Point of Clarification! This is, indeed, a FULLY CLOTHED event. And you are not the only person to wonder about this... So yes, please DO wear comfortable clothing. The word "Bath" in Gong Bath refers to sound waves, not water!
