One ticket admits one mother/adult + one daughter and includes the Pilates experience, bracelet-making activity and materials, and access to the full mother-daughter Halloween experience.

What ages is this event for?

This experience is designed for girls ages 6–12 and their moms or special adult women. The Pilates class and bracelet-making activity are designed to be fun and engaging across this age range. All children must attend with a participating adult.

Do we both participate in Pilates?

Yes! The Pilates portion is designed for mothers and daughters to move together. The class will be approachable and welcoming, with options provided so everyone can participate comfortably.

Do we need Pilates experience?

Not at all! The Pilates class is beginner-friendly, and modifications will be offered so everyone can participate at their own level.

What should we wear?

Wear comfortable clothing that you can easily move in for Pilates. Halloween costumes and festive outfits are welcome but not required! If you choose to dress up, we recommend something comfortable and easy to move in during the Pilates portion. ?✨

What should we bring?

Please bring a yoga or Pilates mat and a water bottle. We’ll provide everything needed for the bracelet-making activity.

Can I come with more than one daughter?

Absolutely! If you are attending with two or more girls, please select the ticket option for 1 female adult + 2 girls (or more) when booking.

Are dads allowed to attend?

This particular event is designed as a women-and-girls experience, so attendance is limited to female adults and girls. We’d love to welcome dads and families at future events! Please follow our Eventbrite profile or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on upcoming experiences.

Can I drop my child off and leave?

No. This is a mother-daughter/adult-and-child experience, and all children must attend with and remain accompanied by a participating adult for the entire event.

The class combines Pilates, yoga, and playful movement for a fun, active experience that both moms and daughters can enjoy. You’ll still get a great workout, but the focus is on keeping things engaging for the kids, moving together, having fun, and creating a special mother-daughter Halloween memory

Parking is not included with your event ticket. There are several paid parking options around the venue, including surface lots, a parking garage across from the building, and street parking. We recommend arriving in the area around 9:10 AM to give yourself plenty of time to find parking, enter the

What time should I arrive?

Doors open at 9:20 AM. We recommend being in the area around 9:10 AM, particularly if you need to park. Please arrive and check in no later than 9:40 AM, as the doors will close so we can begin the experience without interruptions.

Tickets are refundable up to 7 days before the event. After that time, tickets are non-refundable because  equipment and event materials are prepared in advance based on confirmed attendance.
