A CULINARY SHOWDOWN AT 11 WESTSIDE
Get ready for an evening of culinary rivalry as Chef Youngsoo, Head Chef of Liberty Group, and Chef TC, Award-Winning Chef, go head-to-head across three rounds of creative cooking.
Guests will enjoy a six-course tasting experience—three dishes from each chef, with both creations served side by side in every round.

Judging the showdown is Chef Alvin Leung, internationally renowned as The Demon Chef.
The evening concludes with THE SWEET FINALE , a collaborative dessert by Chef Domenico Giammarella, Chef Owner of Mimmo Bakery.
