We talk about energy all the time.

We feel someone’s energy when they walk into a room. We notice when a space feels light, heavy, peaceful or uncomfortable. We can feel energized around one person and completely drained around another.

But how much do you really know about your own energy?

This interactive Friday evening experience is an invitation to explore something that is with you every moment of every day — your personal energy.

Together, we’ll move beyond simply talking about energy and begin to experience it.

Through demonstrations, conversation and hands-on exercises, you’ll explore how your energy moves, responds and interacts with the people and space around you.

And at one point during the evening, you’ll have an opportunity to actually see your own energy demonstrated right in front of you.

No spoilers.

You’ll just have to experience that part for yourself.

During our time together, we’ll explore:

• What your personal energy is and how it may show up in everyday life
• How your energy can shift, expand and respond
• How we can feel the energy of other people
• How intention can influence what we experience
• Simple exercises that help you become more aware of energy
• Ways to ground, center and reconnect with yourself

This evening is designed to be relaxed, curious, interactive and fun.

You don’t need any previous experience with energy work.

You don’t need to consider yourself intuitive.

Just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore.

You already have the energy.
