How can my business support the event?

We're always looking for community partners through sponsorship, raffle and silent auction donations, in-kind services, or corporate seat purchases.

Question 2

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We are committed to making At Kylie's Table accessible for all guests. The venue includes wheelchair access and accessible amenities. If you have any accessibility requirements, please let us know when booking so we can ensure you're comfortably accommodated.

Question 3

I have dietary requirements. Will there be suitable meal options?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and other dietary requirements can be accommodated. Please include your dietary needs when purchasing your ticket, and we'll work with our caterer to ensure everyone enjoys the lunch.

Question 4

Will there be raffle tickets and a silent auction?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Guests will be able to purchase raffle tickets and bid in our silent auction throughout the afternoon. We recommend bringing a card or phone, as cashless payments will be available.

Question 5

Can I attend on my own?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. At Kylie's Table was created for connection, and many guests will attend on their own. We'll thoughtfully arrange seating to help ensure everyone feels welcomed, included and has a place at the table.

Question 6

Can I bring children to the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Children of all ages are welcome At Kylie's Table.
Aged 0-2: Do not require a ticket.
Aged 3-15: Child's ticket ($20) provides a seat however no catering. 
Aged 3-15: Adult + Child's (varied) ticket provides a seat and catering.  Options for 1 or 2 children available.

Where do the funds from the event go?

At Kylie's Table is a Proud Community Supporter of the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Funds raised through raffles; the silent auction and donations will support NBCF's world-class breast cancer research.

Question 8

Is my ticket tax deductible?

Accepted Answer

No. Your event ticket is not tax deductible as it covers the event experience. However, when purchasing your ticket you'll have the option to add a $2 donation to the NBCF.  Eligible voluntary donations made during the event may be tax deductable in accordance with ATO guidelines.

Question 9

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are refundable up to 7 days before the event. After this date, refunds are unavailable as catering and venue arrangements will have been finalised. If you're unable to attend, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to another guest by contacting us.
