David Eshmoili | General Counsel of David Yurman
David Eshmoili is the General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of David Yurman, where he leads the global legal and compliance functions for the luxury jewelry retailer. Prior to joining David Yurman, he was the General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of LiveStyle, a multinational media and entertainment conglomerate. He started his career as a corporate associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where he focused on private equity, capital markets and M&A transactions. David graduated from Cornell Law School, where he was an editor of the Cornell Law Review, and holds a Bachelor of Science in financial economics from Binghamton University.
Ayisha Morgan | EWG General Counsel, US
Ayisha Morgan is the Group General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Elite World Group, the world’s largest model management network. A Villanova Law graduate with a focus in sports and entertainment law, Ayisha began her career at IMG, mastering the art of negotiation and talent representation. When IMG merged into Endeavor, she transitioned to IMG Models, where she found her calling in the fast-paced world of modeling and fashion. Now at the helm of EWG’s global legal and business strategy, Ayisha blends sharp legal insight with a modern understanding of culture, talent, and brand. She lives in New York City with her husband and two sons.
