Kicking off National Yoga Month with a practice that invites you to connect with the physical, emotional, and spiritual layers of your being, cultivating balance, self-awareness, and a deeper sense of inner harmony.We’ll begin with grounding breathwork and gentle embodied awareness, gradually moving into an accessible flow that encourages curiosity, choice, and connection to sensation before arriving into a seat for a guided meditation through the expanded 12-Chakra system. This class invites you to explore movement &amp; meditation as a way of noticing: What feels good? What wants to move? Where can you soften, expand, or create a little more space? Most individuals are familiar with the 7 chakras. Reiki Healing techniques use the expanded 12-chakra system to go even deeper.Guided by Chasity Ramsey (on her birthday!) a certified yoga &amp; meditation teacher, and Reiki Healer. --About Chasity:For nearly a decade, Chasity has devoted her work to guiding others toward deeper alignment, presence, and healing. As a Level III Usui Reiki Master, Chasity’s practice centers on supporting the body’s natural ability to restore balance across the physical, emotional, and energetic layers of wellbeing. The body already knows how to heal, it simply needs the space to soften and receive. Rooted in gentle, intentional energy work, Chasity’s sessions weave together Reiki, chakra tuning, and subtle sound healing to guide your nervous system into a deeply restorative state. Through this process, Reiki energy is flowing through Chasity, allowing the healing energy to go to areas in your body where it is needed to release physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual blockages.Chasity is also a certified trauma-conscious yoga and meditation teacher dedicated to helping individuals cultivate greater presence, resilience, and inner peace. With specialized 100-hour certifications in Tonglen, Mindfulness &amp; Guided Meditation, Yoga Nidra, and Zen Meditation techniques she offers personalized practices that honor each person’s unique path to healing and self-discovery. Drawing from years of experience in yoga, mindfulness, energy work, and nervous system regulation, Chasity creates compassionate, accessible spaces where clients can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and develop practical tools for navigating everyday life with greater ease.Her one-on-one meditation sessions are thoughtfully tailored to support stress reduction, emotional balance, self-compassion, and a deeper connection to the present moment.When the body is energetically aligned, the mind softens, the heart opens, and a deeper sense of peace becomes accessible.
