Join Hearts of Grace Foundation for our 2nd Annual Grace Walk & Health Fair,

a FREE community event dedicated to honoring those we have lost to cancer, celebrating survivors, encouraging those currently battling, and supporting their families and caregivers. 🎀💗

Come together for our Honorary Grace Walk, followed by a day of FREE health screenings, medical and community resources, fitness and wellness activities, survivor recognition, giveaways, treats, family-friendly activities, and more.

Whether you are walking in memory of a loved one, celebrating survivorship, supporting someone in their fight, or simply standing with our community, everyone is welcome.
