Absolutely! The Couples Connection Experience is designed for couples of all sexual orientations and relationship backgrounds. Whether you're a heterosexual, same-sex, or LGBTQ+ couple, you are welcome here. Our focus is on connection, communication, fun, and creating meaningful experiences together

Can we come if we're introverted or don't know anyone?

Absolutely. You don't need to know anyone beforehand. The activities are designed to make connecting with others feel natural rather than forced.

What can we expect during the event?

Expect a blend of fun, connection, conversation, and interactive sociology- and relationship-informed activities. You'll have opportunities to laugh together, learn something new about each other, have meaningful conversations, and connect with other couples.

Perfect! You don't have to be struggling to invest in your relationship. This experience is about maintaining connection, creating memories, and being intentional about your relationship before there's a problem.

Will this feel like a therapy session?

No. While the experience is informed by therapeutic and sociological perspectives, the goal is enjoyment and connection—not treatment. Come dressed for a night out, have fun, and experience your relationship in a different way.

Absolutely not. You choose what you're comfortable sharing. Activities are designed to create connection without putting couples on the spot or requiring you to disclose anything personal.
