COME EXPLORE WITH US!Don't miss this special opportunity to discover the grounds, outbuildings, and exteriors of some of the most captivating historic properties of the Ag Reserve:ValhallaMontevideoSeneca Quarry Master HouseOakland FarmWoodstock Farm*More houses may be added closer to the event Your ticket allows you a day of self guided exploration at these properties from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Drive your own vehicle and stay as little or long as you like at each property. Prior to the tour, meet at the John Poole House at 9:30 am to hear the historic overview of the properties and receive a map and wristband to grant you access.Get your tickets before they sells out! Space is limited, and this event sells out every year.All proceeds benefit the <a href="http://www.historicmedley.org/" title="http://www.historicmedley.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Historic Medley District</a>.**In purchasing a ticket, participants personally assume all risks in connection with the tour and further release the Historic Medley District as well as property owners from responsibility for any personal injuries or property damage incurred.**

FAQs:If the tour is self-guided, how do we know where to go and how will we learn about the history of each property?<ul><li>Participants will be provided a brochure providing a historic overview when checking in to the John Poole House on the morning of the tour. The brochure will also have the address of each property. Additionally, Kenny Sholes (HMD Board Member and creator of <a href="https://www.historicagreserve.wordpress.com" title="https://www.historicagreserve.wordpress.com" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">www.historicagreserve.wordpress.com</a>) will provide a historic overview of the homes at the John Poole House to kick-off the day. At each home, property owners will be present to answer questions and provide their personal histories with their wonderful homes.</li></ul>Will we be able to go inside the historic homes?<ul><li>At some homes you will be able to enter the home, at other properties you will have access to outbuildings. Don’t worry, there will be plenty to explore!</li></ul>Does each participant need to buy a ticket or is a ticket for each car?<ul><li>Each individual participant needs to purchase a ticket and will be provided a wristband to wear throughout the tour as proof of purchase.</li></ul>I’m concerned with getting lost.<ul><li>A balloon will be tied on the mailbox at the end of each historic property to confirm you are in the correct location. Additionally, Kenny’s cell phone number will be provided on the tour brochure in case you need assistance throughout the day.</li></ul>Will we have access to bathrooms on the tour?<ul><li>No. Plan accordingly. Public bathrooms are available at Locals, next to the John Poole House.</li></ul>Are kids allowed?<ul><li>Yes, with an accompanying adult. Children under the age of 10 do not require a ticket.</li></ul>Are pets allowed?<ul><li>No</li></ul>Will there be enough room for parking at each location?<ul><li>This has not been a problem in the past, but we highly encourage participants to carpool (it’s more fun to explore with friends!).</li></ul>
